Specifications:  164.54 gross tons, 156.32 net tons; 110 feet long, 20 feet wide, 5.5 feet deep. Engine: 98 horsepower. Paddle wheel driven.
Notes:  Homeport in 1888 was Wilmington, NC. The Cape Fear was an excursion steamer in 1888; owned by Bladen Steamboat Co. 1889; damaged by fire in 1893, wrecked at Fayetteville by receding waters 1895 (shown at right in the middle; the iron hull A. P. Hurt at right was undamaged).
